IKIGAI

IKIGAI means ” A reason for being” in Japanese

According to the Japanese, everyone has an Ikigai. An Ikigai is essentially ‘a reason to get up in the morning’. A reason to enjoy and living life in a meaningful way. A life that not only benefits you but benefits others as well.

Answer these four questions to find out your IKIGAI or a reason for living a healthy, beautiful and a meaningful life:

1. What do you love?

2. What are you good at?

3.What does the world need from you?

4.What can you get paid for?

Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.
