The goal of spirituality is to ‘Purify one’s self or soul’; it’s a journey within. Living in particular lands or places for spiritual progression, wearing special dresses or speaking some flowery language, have nothing to do with true enlightenment.
Abstention from all evil, the doing of good deeds, and the purification of the mind, is the admonition of the Enlightened Ones.
